“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.”
~Buddha
Each person takes their own path over their lifetime. That path can be straight, circular, or winding. It might be filled with anxiety, stress, loneliness, happiness, or love. This path begins at the center of the unalome spiral and represents the way we're trapped in our own fear, worry, and uncertainty.
Changing Point represents the path unfolding as the mind finds clarity and potential to free itself from the cycles of suffering.
Session times offered Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9am-4pm
All sessions are currently Telehealth. Hybrid (virtual/ telehealth to come).
